Is the Device Charging
1. Please plug device in cart and confirm light is on or flashing.
2. If it is not charging try another charging cord, one that works for another device.
3. If still not charging see Broken devices below for next steps
Turn Device On & Off
If you are experiencing any problems with a device, please try the following to get the latest
updates before sending them to the office.
1. Turn off the device and ensure the light is off. Do not just close the screen.
2. Once light is off wait 30 seconds and turn on device.
3. Check wifi is ncpcp.
4. Log in to school account.
Chromebook with White Light & Black Screen
A Dell Chromebook with a white light and black screen is likely frozen, in low power mode, or experiencing a display glitch. Perform a hard reset by holding Refresh + Power for 10 seconds. Also, try turning up the brightness, connecting a charger, or unplugging peripherals to force a restart.

Chromebook Reset
If the student is still experiencing problems with logging in (check students' password on
another device), accessing applications, website blocked and other issues, please reset
the Chromebook using the following steps:
1. Ensure Student is Signed out.
2. Select <Shift>+ <Cntrl>+ <Alt> + R and keep all keys pressed at the same time.
3. Follow prompts and select "Powerwash", "Continue", "Get Started"
4. Select Wifi ncpsp (do NOT select Guest wifi) Pwd: 033D023001@RACKID02M033
5. Screen will say Enterprise Enrollment - select "done"
6. Student Sign in
7. Teachhub tab and select the app. If you cannot see the app go to the K-12 tab to
select the app please do the following after you have turned the device on and off.
