SCHOOL TOURS
Families with pre-kindergarten and kindergarten age children can tour our school before applications close and learn more about our programs, community, and what makes our school special. Application information, open & close dates can be found online at Enroll Grade by Grade.

Under the McKinney–Vento Homeless Assistance Act the above forms are not required at enrollment if you are in Temporary Housing. All you need to do is provide a letter of residency which you can request from your housing liaison.

- Health Form - The school requires your child's physical with immunizations, every year: Child & Adolescent Health Examination Form [PDF]
