School Trips
- Trip packets are to be submitted 4 weeks prior to a trip.
- No Field Trip Days (link) - Trips cannot be scheduled on any days listed in the table. The last day for school busing is June 12, 2026.
- Trip packets can be found in the office with extra copies of certain pages for multiple classes on a trip.
- Only One Trip Packet is required for a Trip. For Multiple class on the same trip add one of each of the following to the back of the Trip Packet
- There is yellow sticker on each trip packet that is returned to teachers to remember:
- Check Bus Confirmation Page
- Submit Lunch Form to Cafeteria 4 weeks prior
- Return Day of the Trip Form on trip day
- On the day of the trip, the bus driver will either call the trip coordinator, noted in the trip confirmation comments section, or call the office. If they do neither, we have to go out and look for them. The earliest a bus can leave is 9:30am.

Device & Cart Management
Device Issues & Troubleshooting (link)
Please only send your students to the office after you have completed the troubleshooting steps in the attached document. It is only a few steps, a teacher, teachers aid and most 3rd to 5th graders should be able to follow the steps to troubleshoot. It is also a good idea to ask for a classroom IT student volunteer who is good with IT, they can follow the steps and assist other students.
If you have issues that cannot be fixed or addressed in a timely manner in the school, please submit at ticket online at NYC Public Schools SupportHub (link).

TeachHub has most of the applications a student requires. Students can access TeachHub at home and at school. It also only requires a student to log in with their username and password once, and automatically signs into other apps (single user sign on). Apps on TeachHub include Google Classroom, Google Drive, i-Ready, Clever, Acadience, Outlook and much more.
Google Classroom - I would like to document the process so it is consistent and we in the office know where to direct parents when they are experiencing problems. Many parents have contacted the office with problems accessing Google Classroom. I have tried to help them access Google Classroom but the only way I know is through TeachHub and some parents were still not able to access Google classroom.

If you are having issues with a printer or printing in your room, please bring your laptop to the office during your prep so Peter can connect you to another printer near your room until your printer issue is resolved. We have many printers in the school, sharing is caring.

If you are experiencing issues with one photocopier, please let the office know which printer is not working and continue your work at one of the other photocopiers.
