- G&T results, including any offers, will be available in late July.
- Please note: If your child currently attends a charter, private, or parochial school and is entering grade 1, 2, or 3 this fall, be sure to submit their report card grades to a Family Welcome Center by July 1. The DOE needs your child's report card grades to determine their eligibility for G&T.

If you have received an offer for Pre-K, Kindergarten or Gifted & Talented please accept it online at NYC MySchools - https://www.myschools.nyc/en/ or by phone at 718-935-2009. After Accepting your offer, the next step is to complete the enrollment forms, provide supporting documentation and attend an in-person enrollment interview which you can book at in-person enrollment interview

- Two Proofs of Residency
- Lease (First Page with address & name, and Signature Page) document and
- One other document, a driver's license, cable bill, electricity bill or government letter, dated in the last 30 days, or from the list online at Registration Checklist (link)

- Health Form to be submitted when school starts in September, CHILD & ADOLESCENT HEALTH EXAMANATION FORM (link)
- Book an Enrollment Interview at in-person enrollment interview
- Under the McKinney–Vento Homeless Assistance Act the above requirements are not required at enrollment if you are in Temporary Housing and all you need to provide is a letter of residency which you can receive from your housing liaison.

All NYC public school students can enjoy free breakfast and lunch at school. You do not need to apply for your child to receive those meals. However, we do ask families to complete a School Meals form so that schools can receive the right amount of funding for the program. Please complete the online form
